Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hairteller! We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We strive to make the return process easy and convenient for you.


Eligibility for Returns

You may return unopened, unused, and unworn items purchased on www.hairteller.com and www.hairteller.pt within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus any original shipping costs).

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

How to Make a Return

Please contact our customer service team at support@hairteller.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and paperwork.

Clearly mark the return package with the RAN and return it to the address provided by our customer service team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Hairteller is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.  

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns on a case-by-case basis, particularly for items that show signs of wear or damage, or if the return request is made outside the 30-day window.
